Comms Business Live Presents: Knight Corporate Finance Surgery ep.2 – The Sellers Perspective

In Knight Corporate Finance’s second live value surgery, David Dungay will be looking at the Exit process from a sellers perspective. Alongside Adam Zoldan, Director of Knight Corporate Finance, will be Paul Harrison who recently sold thevoicefactory to EvolveIP and remained part of the business.

Also joining the debate is Adrian Barnard, Founder and previous CEO of Modern Communications which he sold in 2013.

Over the course of the discussion the panel will give an insight into the highs and lows of the process along with their advice for ensuring a transaction runs smoothly and the pitfalls to avoid.
