Kate is a multi-award winning technology entrepreneur, owner-manager of Memset, a nationally leading managed hosting and cloud IaaS provider, and a renowned expert-advocate of green ICT and cloud computing. Memset was Britain's first Carbon Neutral ISP (August 2006). Kate significantly contributed to the formation of the G-Cloud and Memset are now among the new breed of SMEs supplying ICT services to the public sector via that framework. Kate was named IT Personality of the Year at the 2014 UK Cloud Awards & was also named IT Leader of the Year at the 2013 IT Pro Awards.
