After having rebuilt the eCommerce structure in Cloud, Reply implemented a replatforming project on SAP Hybris B2C platform, able to deal with both eCommerce backend and front end management. The need to have a platform to enable multicountry management was matched during the project, as after the launch of the Italian platform the store was brought to the English and German market, using the same platform but implementing new developments and integrations in order to adapt it to national differences.
The platform simply and integratedly manages the different catalogues and products, payment providers, payment methods and taxation modes.
Thanks to the elasticity of the solution developed by Reply, Lavazza was able to increase its customer base, opening the platform to new countries and adding more compute capacity, releasing new products and supporting digital marketing initiatives on a daily basis, reacting immediately to the internal business demand.
