NFON AG receives ‘Growth Excellence Leadership Award’ by Frost & Sullivan

NFON AG, a worldwide leading provider of cloud telephone systems, has been honoured by the consultancy Frost & Sullivan with the ‘2017 European Frost & Sullivan Award for Growth Excellence Leadership’. Growing at above-market average growth rates by implementing a combination of growth diversification, high price/performance value, and compelling customer purchase and ownership experiences, NFON has entrenched itself in the European hosted IP telephony and UCaaS market. Elka Popova, Vice President at Frost & Sullivan: “With its strong position in the German market which has been achieved through an extensive feature set and an outstanding pricing model, NFON now strives to continue this success in the European market.”
One of the core elements of NFON’s growth strategy is the global expansion to ensure scalability. “We feel truly honoured to be named GrowthExcellence Leader. This shows that our expansion strategy is fully paying off. It also encourages us to pursue this strategy across Europe”, Hans Szymanski, CEO of NFON AG, explains. In addition to the German market, it has successfully launched operations in Austria, Croatia, Hungary, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, and the UK. It will be launching services in the Portuguese market in the second quarter of 2017 which will be followed by Italy in the third quarter of this year.

The demand for All-IP solutions throughout Europe – particularly among SMBs – is a key factor in NFON’s success: NFON stands out among European-hosted IP telephony and UCaaS providers with its ability to continually grow at above-industry growth rates,” said Frost & Sullivan Vice President Elka Popova. “After NFON’s initial focus on small- and medium-size businesses (SMBs) the innovative provider is also striving to harness increasing demand for cloud communications solutions among larger organisations and is experiencing accelerated growth through greater average deployment size.” In the first quarter of 2017 NFON and T-Systems announced their partnership with the joint product ‚Dynamic Services for Unified Communications NFON Enterprise’ as well as the recent introduction of a fourth distribution channel – Wholesale –and winning PIRONET, a CANCOM SE company, as first partner.
